We offer a return policy for whatever reason when items are returned within 7 days of receiving, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below (some exclusion apply)
Terms and Conditions:
1. If the item you bought does not suit you for any reason or is the wrong size, after it is delivered to you it can be returned within 7 days of receiving it to receive a store CREDIT (exclusions apply please see below). Credits are a form of refund and are valid for 4 weeks from issue date. No extensions will be granted and credits cannot be used with other discount codes. Credits cannot be used for Postage as this is a separate cost.
2. Exclusions for returns are - items purchased with discount codes, free gifts, sale items, all accessories including shoes, socks and swimwear. These items are not returnable.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS/EXCHANGES
To initiate a return, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, where we will confirm by supplying an Australian address for delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item has been declared faulty by no fault of your own (see below for more information).
Once received in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, we will process the store CREDIT/code for you. This will be in the form of a code linked to your name and details which can be used on the website at check-out. Credit codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes and promotions.
The original postage is not covered in the return amount as this is non-refundable.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- There is a fault in the item
If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email us at email@example.com to advise us, please send 3-4 photos of item/s and obtain a return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
This excludes customer input errors such as incorrect addresses and missing apartment/unit numbers. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order.

We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- for change of mind purchases
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace, exchange or refund items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will organise a replacement.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.ORDER CANCELLATION
Please make sure you carefully choose your items as orders cannot be cancelled. However, if you would like to add to your order or amend a size please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of processing your order and we can change this for you.
